Product care

Washing and cleaning instructions

Wash the product only with similar products or similar colour, use usual amount of gentle detergent and put on a gentle washing program followed by centrifugation. The waterproof products we recommend you to wash with a special detergent suitable for waterproof and functional fabrics. Wash the jackets separately. Do not use fabric softener, it could damage the fabric's function. Zip up all the zippers and wash it inside out. If there is a fur as a part of the product, you must detach it before washing. Dry it inside out and never on direct sunshine. Do not leave the product before or after washing in a water. Make sure that it is getting dry equally immediately after washing.

Maximal shrinkage of the knitted products is 3-5%.

Instructions for washing feather products

Feathers are the most efficient natural insulating fabric. Has 4× higher thermal insulation than synthetic fibers and 2× higher than wool. At the same time it totally absorbs and wicks the moisture away from the body. The greatest benefits include maximal thermal comfort, very low weight and long service life. After unpacking the product give it a shake and fluff it up with your hands. Then hang it on the hanger to allow the down filling to breathe and get back the volume that the product lost during storing.

Wash down filled product at 30 °C and use detergent for down products. After washing the product you can dry it in a laundry dryer, but only at a low temperature around 50 °C. Put three tennis balls or balls designed especially for down products tumble drying. If there is a fur as a part of the product, you must detach it before washing. Instructions for shoe maintenance

Good maintenance of brand sports footwear can easily prolong its service life. It is essential to store footwear in a dry environment, clean it regularly, dry it correctly, and use protective preservative agents.

The most common footwear maintenance mistakes rest in drying shoes by means of a direct source of heat and storing them in a wet environment. These mistakes lead to a chapped shoe upper that rapidly decreases service life.

Footwear cleaning

Clean footwear with a textile upper using a fine nylon brush when dry. Only a special impregnation agent designed for textile materials may be used for impregnation.

Footwear with uppers made of plastics, rubber, or porters needs to be cleaned with a wet cloth and wiped dry. In case of frequent dampness, footwear needs to be regularly dried at room temperature at a sufficient distance from a heat source.

Footwear with an upper made of leather should be protected with special im-pregnation designed for the treatment of leather only, always based on the leather type. It is advisable to brush soiled footwear clean and then wipe it with a slightly damp cloth. In case of natural leather, so-called pigskin (Wolverine), chemical treatment of leather is not recommended because it is impregnated against water and stains.

We recommend treating TERATEX branded footwear by applying a special wa-ter-repellent impregnation agent designed exclusively for branded membranes (e.g. GORE-TEX, TERATEX, etc.). Application of such an agent will ensure better resistance to soiling and waterlogging.

Sunglasses and goggles care

NORDBLANC goggles are full TPU. TPU is flexible and durable. Therefor ensuring a comfortable fitting frame that performs in any type of weather conditions.

Cleans lenses with mild soap and water only. Clean the stains on lense or excess moisture with soft close or let the lens air dry. Do not clean with any paper products this will damage coating and lense and avoid warranty. Do not place goggles face down, do not place goggles face down, do not store on sun light and heat. Do nox expose goggles to extreme heat over 40°C. Do not use any detergents or chemicals. Do not bend your goggles.
